Vincenzo Nunziata

Vincenzo Nunziata, Deputy Attorney General of the State and appointed as judge of the ordinary and administrative courts by public competition, has carried out academic activities at the University of Naples Federico II and Roma Tre University in Rome. An expert in dealing with administrative litigation and author of essays on administrative law, during his career he has held important institutional positions: among others, he has served several times as Head of Cabinet of various ministries, including the Ministry of Public Administration and the Ministry of Regional Affairs. He has also participated in various commissions and bodies with advisory and control functions in public administrations and public bodies as chairman. He is university lecturer in administrative law.
