How to reach Prima Vista Lounge
 

 

A new VIP Lounge for all Fiumicino business-class passengers and frequent flyers, no matter which airline you’re travelling with, is now available in Boarding Area A1-A10 in Terminal 3 (pier D).

Spanning 250 square metres, the VIP Prima Vista by handling company Aviapartner was built with a modern and welcoming concept in mind, following trends from contemporary architecture.

Open every day from 06:00 to 23:30, the Lounge features comfortable seating, a food corner offering everything from coffee to evening meals, newspapers and magazines, and entertainment screens. Passengers who purchase an access ticket (26 euros for adults and 13 euros for under 16s) will be welcomed by Aviapartner staff.

“Meet & Greet” is one of the top services available: this high level of personalised assistance ranges from your welcome to the airport by qualified Aviapartner staff, to being accompanied all the way to your destination in the city, offering passengers a unique travel experience. There are several kinds of packages to choose from, based on different requirements.

The Aviapartner Prima Vista joins a number of passenger-oriented quality services introduced by Aeroporti di Roma to the main national airport, making the time before your flight even more enjoyable.

It is open daily from 06:10 to 23:30  and can be accessed by all passengers from any airline company in Fiumicino, by business class flyers and by holders of partner airline frequent flyer cards.

Prima Vista Lounge features comfortable seating, a food corner offering everything from coffee to evening meals, newspapers and magazines, showers, and entertainment screens. 

The Lounge will also offer customers an innovative entertainment experience; 3D virtual glasses from partner Inflight-VR. It will be a free service for all passengers who want to try a different kind of entertainment as they wait for their flight.

How to reach Star Alliance Lounge
 
 

 

Located on the first floor of the A1-A10 boarding area of Terminal 3 (pier D), the lounge offers easy access to departure gates for flights of Alliance member carriers to European destinations in the Schengen area.

The Star Alliance group worked in collaboration with Aviapartner and Aeroporti di Roma to renovate a pre-existing space, thus creating the first lounge dedicated to the Alliance at the airport.
The Italian design of the furnishings gives the environment an elegant, modern and refined look, as well as offering functional spaces for working, relaxing or socializing. All this goes hand in hand with the exceptional Italian gastronomic experience, which ranges from the bar area to the coffee area, with dedicated staff, to dishes available to order and renowned throughout the world.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the lounge, which is also equipped with numerous standard and USB electrical sockets that allow passengers to easily recharge their electronic devices. There is also a reserved space for making phone calls. The lounge can accommodate around 130 people and is open every day from 05.00 to 21.30.
