The new chatbot service from Aeroporti di Roma, developed by Airport AI, is available on the airport's website and Facebook Messenger and enables you to receive flight information and updates in real time, get recommendations for shops and restaurants and immediate answers to most of your questions. The service is available in English and Italian for Fiumicino Airport.
