ITEMS LOST BEFORE AND AT SECURITY CHECKS
To report lost items in the areas before (landside) and at security checkpoints click here, you will be directed to the new Lost&Found management service, powered by Boomerang.
Once the process of reporting, searching and checking lost items has been completed, to physically collect the items, even by proxy, go to the Lost&Found office located on the Arrivals floor of Terminal 3 close to door number 6, which is open:
- from 7am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday;
- from 7am to 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Alternatively, you can contact a courier company to collect and deliver the items on your behalf.
During the trial period the service will be in English only. You can also report lost items by calling +39 06 65955253 or by writing to oggettirinvenuti@adrsecurity.it.

The office is located in the baggage reclaim hall in Terminal 3 (opposite belt 14) and is open daily from 07:00 to 15:00.
