Passenger's Bill of Rights

The National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) ensures that European Regulation no. 261/2004 is applied in Italy, which establishes the rights of passengers and sets out the responsibilities and arrangements for reimbursement of the user in the event of absence of boarding, cancellation and long delays of flights.
Airlines and tour operators must respect the rights of those who travel and provide for the compensation foreseen in the European Union regulations in force.
