Airport Helpers are employees of ADR, public bodies and all the companies operating at the airport (cleaning companies, restaurants, shops, handling companies, etc.). Their task, in addition to their specific tasks, is to pay particular attention to passengers and to be willing to help them find and find out about airport services. Easily recognizable with their ID badge, the workers, who are all volunteers, have been specially trained in how to behave towards and approach passengers and have acquired all the data, technical and otherwise, necessary to be able to offer information and respond to different requests.
