The infrastructure

With international boarding area E, Aeroporti di Roma inaugurated one of the largest and most advanced flight infrastuctures and one of the largest Airport Shopping Centres in Europe, in the name of quality and excellence.

The area that receives international flights (Non-Schengen), with over 6 million passengers a year, is designed according to the most advanced “Made in Italy” engineering and architectural criteria.

The high-quality materials used that reproduce the effect of historic Roman materials, with a predilection for large spaces and a direct passage of natural light, aimed at enhancing the passenger experience - with a view to environmental integration – are the central features of the design.
